During the construction of the lighting board, it is strictly forbidden to step on the wave crest directly to avoid cracking. What are the other precautions? Let's look together!
1. A pilot hole is required before fixing, and the hole diameter must be greater than 50% of the diameter of the fixing screw to avoid internal stress expansion and cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction;
2. The daylighting board is fixed with aluminum profile fasteners, and the corrugated daylighting board is connected and fixed with the daylighting board bracket and self-tapping screws, and then glued and sealed. The position of the daylighting board is generally set in the middle of the span;
3. When overlapping with the steel plate in the longitudinal direction, there must be a minimum overlap of 200mm, and two waterstops must be attached; 4. The daylighting board is connected with self-tapping screws, and there must be a cover plate. The solar panel has a large deformation in cold and heat, and is easy to be cut by self-tapping screws. Therefore, the solar panel should have a larger hole at the place where the self-tapping screws are punched.
